Shareplay is an online platform that allows people to book sports playgrounds, courts, turfs, and venues in their neighborhood with a robust sports management software to manage school/venue bookings, coaching, and tournaments. The company is passionate about making sports readily available to everyone and playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of an individual's sporting journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate hybrid role, located in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Shareplay's online platform to sports academies, coaches, schools and other relavent target griups , advising customers on usage, closing sales to meet targets, and building and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in consultative selling, customer relationship management and sales target achievement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• A passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
• A fast learner with the ability to work independently and remotely
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field is preferred

Experience in commission-based sales is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude towards challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
