Job description
Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- · To do extensive market coverage of Dealers, Architects / Interior Designer / Builders & amp; High ended Clients. Also to cover Residential, Bungalows & Hospitality sector.
- · Ensure maximum product display in dealers' showroom.
- · Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- · Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- · Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- · Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- · Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company and generate sales from them.
- · Appoint new dealers to expand the dealer network.
- · Introduce and promote new products brought by the company and ensure inaugural orders of these products
- · Do Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringing clients to showroom.
- · Responsible for generation of lighting solution revenue as per market potential mapping done for each dealer counter
- · To ensure that no outstanding pending beyond credit limit.
- · To train dealers and their sales staff to focus on promotion of concept selling rather than doing product selling.
- · To keep updated data of Senior Architect, Designer & Specifier.
- · Enhancement in Brand visibility with seamless availability as well as proper VM across the potential channel.
- · Be constantly aligned with the key business levers: sales value, focused products, and healthy gross margin.
