Designation:Head of Operations - Paper Cup Project ( Designation- Sr. Manager / AGM Operations)

Location: Goa plant

CTC: Will be discussed in person

Qualification : Diploma /Degree in Printing& Packaging

Experience : 15 to 20 years of Experience in handling the plant

Responsibility:

• Responsible for setting up setting up a paper cup project which includes selection of man, machine, materials & setting up the methods to execute as per world class norms and specially should have in depth knowledge of European /American quality requirement prevailing the same industry
• To improve & maintain overall productivity of Paper cups machines
• He should recommended raw material sourcing and to procure with the help of the Purchase Dept.
• He will be in charge of the overall operations of the Paper Cups.
• Will be involved in training local staff in handling production independently.
