Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: As a QA Engineer at Kunato.AI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our AI-driven products. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product teams to execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify defects, and enhance product quality. Your work will contribute directly to Kunato's mission of revolutionizing information commerce through cutting-edge AI solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scenarios to ensure thorough product testing. Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing of AI-driven applications, validating their functionality, performance, and reliability. Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and communicate defects and inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of products across iterations. Collaboration with Development: Work closely with developers, analysts, and product teams to address issues and enhance quality. Quality Assurance Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports. Skillset for the Role: Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira, TestRail) Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation Effective communication and teamwork skills Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles.
