Working Hours: US Shift
Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues using effective querysolving techniques.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding billing or services.
- Review account information and address customer inquiries.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in billing processes including understanding recurring bills billing cycle changes due
- dates prorate charges autopay and surcharges service charges and taxes.
- Experience in resolving customer issues related to billing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Clarity in thought processes and ability to articulate thoughts effectively.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with customers.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make fast decisions independently.
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 days a week).
- Customercentric with logical thinking and spontaneity.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all queries.
