Role Description

- Lead marketing for Ola Electric to build a leading innovative and distinctive brand , lead and grow the EV category and launch a comprehensive portfolio across Indian and International Markets

- Responsible for leading the key functions within marketing: brand strategy and planning, product marketing, launches and GTM, social and content, events and experiences, community engagement and demand generation

- Responsible for overall budgets and P&L handling for the various campaigns Ola will run across channels.

- Interact, align & drive all programs with the senior leadership across the organization which includes the CMO & CEO.

Brand and Strategy

- Building a leading, meaningful and distinctive brand in the category with high mental availability

- Design and execute the brand charter across communication, content, advertising and brand actions

- Build strong capabilities and support system across verticals

- Take the brand vision forward key tentpole initiatives and brand IPs

- Lead the social and content charter for the brand to build a digital first and desirable brand which is a part of the pop culture

Product Marketing, Launches and GTM

- Spearhead the launch of new products, new product lines and work across proposition, pricing, distribution and marketing

- Deep consumer understanding and research to support the launches

- Work with a cross functional team to ensure successful and marketing leading product launches

Demand Generation

- Design and execute digital performance, CLM and brand plans across channels to generate demand

- Work with the sales team for develop sales enablement tools, content and business plans

- Execute ATL and BTL campaigns for demand generation

Events, Spaces and Experiences

- Lead the event calendars and planning to engage the community, launches and brand vision

- Launch physical retail spaces and experiences centers across the country

Management

- Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels

- Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

- Working with cross-functional teams to derive optimum output to run programs

Must have:

- MBA - Premier B-schools Preferred

- 360 degree marketing understanding across functions

- Fine balance of strategic and tactical thought process

- CXO level stakeholder management

Good to have:

- Experience in retail strategy, events and experiences

- Experience in launching new products and GTM

Minimum Experience : 10+ Years
