Role Overview: Are you a seasoned marcom professional with a passion for campaigns and content, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional who goes beyond the basics of digital marketing tools – someone who is a true maestro in orchestrating campaigns across various channels.As an Assistant Campaign Manager, you'll spearhead the planning, coordination, implementation, and supervision of diverse marketing and content campaigns across healthcare services, institutions, events, and public health initiatives.

• Extensive experience in executing multiple campaigns successfully.
• A proven track record of supervising diverse stakeholders, talents, and agencies.
• Channel-agnostic mindset – someone who sees the bigger picture beyond individual platforms.
• An omni-channel thinker .
• Devise campaigns based on specific objectives - Reach/Awareness/Impact/Leads/Conversion.
• Recruit, brief, and manage contract agencies and freelance staff for campaign execution.
• Supervise and coordinate production - video/webisodes/photoshoot/audio/podcasts/web platforms, etc.
• Integrate content across various channels and platforms, including social media, marketing, and websites.

Key Skills:

Management Skills: Formulate marketing plans in collaboration with freelancers, agencies, and production talents. Communication Skills: Excellent writing skills for briefs and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Project Management Skills: Work with budgets, meet deadlines for multiple projects, and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.

Numerical Skills: Acquire and analyze data to demonstrate campaign performance.

Proven experience in campaign management with a focus on content and digital channels. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with a knack for creative thinking.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the digital/advertising/consulting agency or the marketing department of a large corporation. Ready to shape the future of healthcare marketing Share your resume.
