Job description
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
- Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory
- Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods by the organization and documentation
- Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the team with a replacement
- Participate in accepting shipments of parts sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility
- Efficiently managing inventory ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets
- Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings
- Supervising logistic operations sea freights and inland transportation up to factory warehousing
- Creating PO requested by/from purchasing managers
