We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller , you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments for further discussions. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We are looking for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Tele calling or similar roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification will be +2
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and Odia language
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to convince potential candidates and clients
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in Tele calling or similar roles will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients
• Provide information about our services and answer their queries
• Schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and clients
• Follow up with potential candidates and clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rate
