Job description

Gegadyne Energy is looking for a qualified Business Consultant/ Analyst to help us reform our operations and support tour business by providing intuitive guidance. You will be an important ally to our organization who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how. You will also undertake projects on behalf of our business when it lacks resources or motive to perform them in-house. A successful business consultant/analyst has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define business analysis and specification requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
• Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of diverse business matters such as Technology, Finance & Data Science, Marketing etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving
• Knowledge and strong interest in
• Ability to research and synthesize findings into recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process improvement, including current state analysis, process mapping, and future state design preferred
• Project coordination, including deliverable/milestone tracking, risk management reporting, and status update reporting preferred
• MBA in a business administration or relevant field; Finance background from a tier 1, tier 2 Business school
