Summary: We are seeking for experienced Software Engineer to join our Generative AI team, DHL IT Services. As a Generative AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models, algorithms, and software applications which will include analyzing the functional and technical requirement to ensure it meet our customer needs.
What you will do: - Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms to improve processes within the company.
- Use large language models (LLM) to generate natural language responses and assist in automating customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain software applications that leverage generative AI techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize the prompting techniques to optimize the generative models.
- Prepare the raw unstructured data for ingestion into the models.
- Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the solutions.
- Collaborate with other software engineers and contribute to the overall software development life cycle.
What you should have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 6 years+ hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript (Node.js) for building robust and scalable applications.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), machine learning (ML) algorithms and neural networks.
- Familiarity with chatbots and messaging platforms
- Experience with public cloud AI platforms such as Azure, GCP
- Familiarity with prompting techniques and best practices for fine-tuning generative models.
- Understanding of embedding and vectorization techniques for representing and manipulating data.
- Strong testing skills, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment.
- Able to work under stress and independently with minimum supervision.
- Good English communication skill and good team player.
