Job Title – Technical Support

Reporting Manager – LEAD Coordinator
Job Purpose Statement - The Technical Support will be responsible for executing activities as per IL1 to IL3 process of LEAD Program. The role involves ensuring the adherence of Idea generation to 2B2 Sign Off activities.
Key Accountabilities
Applied Activities / Capabilities
Cost Optimization Idea Generation.
· Basic technical knowledge about two wheeler parts (CD, BE, EDD & EE).
· CAD Layout review expertise.
· Understanding 2 D drawings of two wheeler components.
Preliminary Technical Feasibility of Generated Ideas.
· Understanding the engineering parameters and technical specification of two wheeler components.
· Vehicle Packaging Study.
· Functional study of two wheeler components.
Execution of 2B2 Sign Off Process.
· Identify all the stakeholders to Sign Off the 2B2 document as per Idea.
· 2B2 Initiation.
· Monitoring and ensuring 2B2 Sign Off by all stakeholders as per agreed time plan.
Preparing Technical Manuals
· Prepare document for IL1, IL2 & IL3 Process Enhancement.
Key Challenges – Delivering on the CTQ parameters of all Commuter, Premium and Scooter projects.
Educational Background – Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
