Job Title: Enterprise Sales Specialist

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at AiSensy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within enterprise-level accounts. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS solutions, you will engage with key decision-makers to understand their unique business challenges and articulate how our products and services can address their needs. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and Executing Sales Strategy:

Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market, focusing on acquiring enterprise clients. This involves understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying key opportunities for growth. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Lead efforts in identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, understanding their needs, and positioning the AiSensy product as a solution. Pipeline Management:

Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, and progressing them through the sales cycle. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Lead negotiations with potential clients, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections to successfully close deals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company objectives and policies. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer success to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, keeping management informed about sales performance, key metrics, and market trends. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities. Continuously refine sales techniques, processes, and messaging to improve overall effectiveness. Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security in the context of the solution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate organizational hierarchies to close deals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with executive-level stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
