Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads through networking and online research. You will follow up on sales leads, providing relevant information to potential clients. Building and maintaining strong connections with new and existing partners through phone, email, and internet contact will be an important aspect of the role. Additionally, you will be expected to become a product expert and effectively present the company's items to both current and new customers. Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis is a key performance indicator of success. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company is also an important responsibility. Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, or PeoplePerHour would be advantageous.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
