Intellectual Property:
Oversee the protection of intellectual property through patent applications and other relevant mechanisms.

Quality Control:

Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Proven experience in managing RD teams and projects.
