Intellectual Property:
Oversee the protection of intellectual property through patent applications and other relevant mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to intellectual property.

Collaborate with external experts and professionals to enhance the organizations RD capabilities.
Quality Control:

Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Proven experience in managing RD teams and projects.
