Job description
Job Summary: The role will be responsible for designing visual concepts, creating digital and print graphics, and basic video editing and packaging for our social platforms, website, and marketing campaigns. It will report to the Head of Marketing, and work in close coordination with the marketing teams of both brands.
Job Responsibilities*: Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of digital and print media, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. Edit and optimize images for web and print use. Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Ensure the design concepts and video content align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Communicate with printers and other vendors to ensure quality of the final product. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work. Stay up to date on design trends and techniques, learn new software/tools, and incorporate new ideas and approaches. *Job responsibilities stated are not to be taken as an exhaustive statement of duties. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in design, film, or a related creative field. 3-5 years of experience in graphic design/video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer. Creativity and a good understanding of the theory and practice of design. Ability to handle basic video production and post-production. Good communication, collaboration and team working skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel to our campus in Powai for an in-person interview and graphic design test.
