Job description
The Customer Master Data Administrator role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and is responsible for supporting our Sales Team for all types of transactions related but not limited to: life science research, manufacturing, surgical specializations, and education. This role is based in Mumbai. In this role, the Customer Master Data Administrator will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, customer service, service, IT, sales, marketing) and balance internal/external business operation demands. This individual will be responsible for all administrative duties, acts as the first line domain specialist as it relates to SAP, Data Architecture and Governance, HelpDesk, Quoting Tool, SalesForce.com, eCommerce and other applications to ensure Customer Account Information continuity across platforms.
