In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, screen, and shortlist potential candidates who possess the required technical and business skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and assist in making informed hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Relationship Building: Network and engage with potential candidates to establish and maintain relationships for future hiring needs.
