Job Designation: Technical Program Manager
What Youll be doing:
Strategize, implement, and drive technical program initiatives that adhere to
organizational objectives
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring the technical program goals are reached
Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and product managers to
plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, effort estimates,
and release schedule for new initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against
established business goals/objectives
Work with business, product and technology teams to identify risks and opportunities
across multiple projects
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and circulate periodic program status
reports for management and stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams - 3+ years of technical
program management experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
technical discipline
Deep hands-on technical expertise
Must be able to independently design, as well as work jointly with other team members
to deliver complex changes. .
Must be able to effectively collaborate in a fast paced environment with multiple teams in
a large organization (software development, QA, Project/Release Management, Build
and Release, etc.,).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and
follow-through on projects.
