Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing customer orders, and providing information about our products and services.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have - A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as MS Office, CRM, and POS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Your Main Duties Will Include - Responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and relevant information about our products and services to customers
- Processing customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges
- Resolving customer complaints and issues, and escalating them when necessary
- Maintaining customer records and updating them as required
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: 15k-25k (Depends upon your Interview & Experience)
Shift: Day, Night & Rotational
