Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field
team.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting
development of the company.

Co-ordinate office admin activities

Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
information

Maintain attendance of employees

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries (Couriers)

Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
