Job description

Educational requirements: Post Graduate in MBA International Business/Sales & Marketing degree. •

Min. 2 years of

export sales experience in plastic granules/ compounds is must. •

Knowledge of various types of engineering plastics like ABS, HIPS, Nylon, PC, PP compounds etc. •

Fluent in English speaking. •

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. •

Excellent phone and presentation skills. •

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. •

Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices in the industry. •

Be well-versed with industry dynamics. •

Must display exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. •

A humble, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality. •

Ability to handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner. •

Comfortable with working in flexible timings. •

Should be a mindful and empathetic listener. •

Planning and organising resources against shipping and despatch schedules during busy periods and holidays to ensure services are maintained as required. Duties and Responsibilities •

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales and market share. •

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners. •

Manage and coordinate international sales and marketing activities. •

Building in-depth knowledge of the product and keep up with product and feature updates. •

Keeping the customer updated about product modifications and new features. •

Leading customers through the product. Providing them with in-depth information and a tour of the product features. Conducting live demostrations where needed. Assessing the needs of customers and guiding them through their queries or issues.
