Job description
As Kannada Community Support Specialist, you’ll be a member of the Public App’s community management team. Public App, launched by Inshorts in 2019, is India’s largest location based social network. You would be closely working with teams across different cities/districts of Karnataka and attaining the best possible results from each of the assigned teams. You’ll be the connecting source between the company and the community, ensuring effective communication both ways.
Work Experience- 1 - 4 years Sales and Marketing background is preferred. Joining: Immediately CTC: 2.5 - 4 LPA + Incentives Key Responsibilities - Be the main point of contact for communities across assigned cities of Karnataka for driving revenue Onboarding and training of new members from time to time Daily review and monitoring of the work of assigned community members and ensuring targets are met Share regular performance reports with Advertisement Desk Manager Attributes we value - Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to work under stress and pressure Good interpersonal skills Sales and marketing background is suitable Requirements - Proficient in Kannada language (speaking, reading and writing) Company Profile: Inshorts Group is operating content distribution tech platforms with a user base across India, USA, UK, UAE, Canada and Southeast Asia.
