This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing.
Qualifications And Skills - 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and techniques, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- A keen eye for details and resolution orientation
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances
- Editing and proofreading skills
- Customer orientation with the ability to multitask
Roles And Responsibilities - Reviewing social media posts and responding within the agreed first response timeline.
- Monitoring customers' engagement and feedback on every post.
- Creating or personalizing written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting customers to take action.
- Optimizing content for different platforms.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve queries or concerns and to contain viral posts
- Monitoring social media metrics.
