Job description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills
Meet department productivity and quality standards
Ability to handle high volume calls
Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill
Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.
Responsible for corresponding with customers
Requirements:
1 or more years of Call Center experience required.
Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills
Good Thought process
Experience: 6 months plus in any international BPO
Ability to work over weekends
Ability to multitask.
Ready to work from office
Ready to commute self
