About The Job
Overseeing end to end execution of annual marketing budget, adherence to the allocated budget along with vendor management & purchase management of marketing HCP inputs/ brand reminders
Roles & Responsibilities
- Finance
- Adherence to the approved annual budget for marketing ( with month on month tracking of budgeted vs. actual spends & managing budget variance)
- Budgeted vs. actual spends to be updated in MIS
- Analysis & insights related to budgets as required by the team
- Provision files for all expenses to be sent to finance on monthly basis
- Making necessary re-phasing of the budget as per business requirement on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis
- Operations Vendor management ( contract, vendor registration, negotiation, PO creation, invoice process) through the assigned team member
- Purchase management
- To identify products, negotiation of prices, followed by PO & invoice processing for HCP inputs/brand reminders
- Allocation of the HCP inputs/reminders to field employees
- Warehouse management (cost, space etc) for HCP inputs/brand reminders & ensure stock management through assigned team member
- Adherence to 194R compliance
About You Job Specifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations preferably in FMCG+Pharma industry
