Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Tysu Infotech's long-term goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team to achieve revenue targets and foster a culture of success.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic business decisions.
- Drive market expansion efforts, exploring new geographies, industries, and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and the business development team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales and revenue growth strategies, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve and exceed targets.
Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance Tysu Infotech's service offerings and market presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
- Provide coaching and leadership to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in senior-level business development roles within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of product development, tech consultancy, and ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
