Job description
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our customer interactions and relationships. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the CRM team's day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, and utilizing technology to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives. They will oversee lead generation, customer service, and team management. As a member of the management team, the Inside Sales Team Lead will work to ensure the success of the inside sales department and the company as a whole.
Qualifications
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of CRM specialists to ensure exceptional performance and achievement of goals.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on CRM tools, systems, and best practices.
CRM Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM processes into marketing, sales, and customer service activities.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to derive insights for improving customer interactions and experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Technology Utilization:
- Evaluate and implement CRM software and tools to streamline processes and optimize customer interactions.
- Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized, maintained, and updated to meet evolving business needs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the CRM framework.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in CRM or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
