Job Overview
- We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize outbound telephone calls, mails and Data Collection to achieve sales targets.
- To be successful as a tele sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work
- in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing tele sales executive should be able to follow sales scripts
- Should demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service
- skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads by prospecting potential clients over the phone
- Make outbound sales calls to communicate product offerings, promotions, and benefits
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Provide excellent customer service and address clients' inquiries and concerns
- Update customer database with relevant information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
