Jewellery Designer
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
As a Jewellery Designer for our Experiential Store in Chennai you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique and custommade jewellery pieces that align with our brands design aesthetic and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:
- Design Creation: Develop sketches and designs for custommade jewellery based on client preferences and specifications.
- Client Collaboration: Present designs to clients gather feedback and make necessary modifications to ensure client satisfaction. Obtain final design approval before production.
- Coordination with Merchandising Team: Work closely with the Merchandising Team to ensure the final product matches the approved design and adheres to quality standards.
- Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of current trends in jewellery design materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure the continuous innovation of our product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members within the store to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall store performance.
- Recurring Customer Requirements: Create jewellery designs based on recurring customer preferences and requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge about diamond jewellery and the jewellery industry in general.
- PostGraduate or Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages with a preference for Kannada English Hindi and Tamil.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and collaboration with store and head office teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
