Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Executive Quality Control. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our product portfolio. If you have a proven track record in quality control management a keen attention to detail and the ability to lead a dynamic team we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product testing.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
3. Lead a team of quality control professionals providing guidance training and mentorship to ensure a high level of competency and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production R&D and regulatory affairs to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of the quality control program.
6. Manage relationships with external testing laboratories and suppliers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing methods and results.
7. Stay informed about industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes related to quality control and incorporate best practices into our processes.
8. Investigate customer complaints or concerns related to product quality and implement corrective actions as necessary.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and certifications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or advanced degree in Food Science Chemistry Microbiology or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a senior quality control role within the food industry with a focus on food ingredient manufacturing.
3. Indepth knowledge of quality control principles methodologies and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
5. Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with industry certifications and standards (e.g. ISO HACCP GMP).
