We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
• Previous experience in using the Ariba System
• Experience in creating Vendor/Supplier master in the Ariba system
• Ability to communicate with Vendors/Suppliers to collect missing information
• Strong communication skills, both in English speaking and email writing
• Immediate availability for travel
Note:
Our customer has recently migrated from Oracle to SAP and urgently requires the migration of data. The primary task involves creating Vendor/Customer master data in the new system, Ariba.
Clear JD from the Customer for the Ariba resource.
• Personnel with hands on experience in SAP Ariba supplier enablement function.
• Handle entire gamut of activities to be performed to register suppliers for the Company.
• Inviting the suppliers, sending links for registration, guiding suppliers with the process of registration.
• Reviewing supplier registration information and documents.
• Following up with internal stakeholders for review and approvals
• Coordinating with SAP Team.
• Providing feedback to suppliers, and following up for resubmissions
• Educating suppliers to submit invoices through Ariba
• Generating reports etc.
