Project Manager at Integra Software Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to web application development with a focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both technology and project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful project delivery, particularly in Agile environments.Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Chennai / PondicherryJob Type: Full-time / Hybrid / WFOResponsibilities:Spearhead comprehensive project planning, execution, and delivery processes from inception to completion.Define meticulous project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with overarching business goals, collaborating closely with stakeholders.Cultivate, nurture, and lead a high-performance project team, fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic.Experience in web application development, Product development in .NET, JAVA, MERN / MEAN stack and cloud solutions like AWS, Azure would be preferred, and any experience in artificial intelligence or Machine learning concepts and technologies would be a plus. Collaborate closely with clients to discern their specific requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of successful projects.Articulate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to clients in a clear and effective manner.Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges, applying mitigation strategies as needed.Enforce timely project delivery within defined scope, adhering to established timelines and milestones.Drive Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring unwavering adherence to Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.Institute and refine Agile processes, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement within the project framework.Implement and supervise quality assurance processes to uphold the delivery of high-Caliber software solutions.Qualifications:Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.Possess a minimum of 10 years of distinguished experience in project management.Demonstrate a track record of success in web application development.Exhibit a profound understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.Bring prior experience in operating within an Agile development environment.Showcase exceptional leadership and communication skills.Display robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excel in client-facing and internal communication, ensuring effective interaction at all levels.Command proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies.Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently.Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.Integra Software Services is a trusted partner in Business Process and Product and Technology Services for leading organizations worldwide, empowering customers of all sizes, including Fortune 1000 companies, large global multinationals, and corporates.
