Roles And Responsibilities Of Telemarketing Executive
- Processing of Tele-calls and organizing the Site visits.
- Maintaining the sales and marketing documents for ISO purpose.
- Downloading online portal leads, segregating and sharing to sales and marketing executives.
- Transport and necessary arrangements for customer site visits.
- Collecting the reports from sales and marketing executives, making consolidate of reports and sharing the same to respective heads.
- Checking of each lead conversations.
- Co-ordinate with the portal representatives with regards to all the updates and any other related issues.
- Documentation of all the marketing and sales review proceedings, feedbacks, update to the concerned heads from time to time.
General Requirements - Acquire thorough knowledge on sales and marketing software techniques.
- Awareness required on latest online portals.
- Acquire knowledge on preparation of innovative brochures and leaflets.
- Require thorough knowledge on marketing and sales activities.
- Acquire good communication skills.
- Sound knowledge require on CRM issues.
- Follow the work ethics and discipline.
- Maintain company confidentiality.
