Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION (Describe key result areas / main job functions): 1) Sales Objective: • Achieve an order and sales objective (Value, product and segment wise) for assigned geographies/ set of customers, as per the budget. • Prepare the sales funnel/Order pipeline from identified projects, key accounts, specification leads and inquires of partner applicators. • Work closely with channel partners to secure business and support them on product/technical matters pertaining to the end customer. • Identify and implement the Cipy Shopee module as per the plan. • Generate leads for relevant product range of Cipy with key accounts. • Work closely with PLUB and One-Pidilite vertical to convert the orders and fulfil the supplies and installation formalities

2) Key Account Management (Institutional accounts): • Identify Key Accounts in Industrial/engineering, F&B and Pharma segments along with the influencers/architects responsible for specifying products in the identified projects. • Engage with respective influencers from the purchase organization for supply opportunities. • Ensure quotes submission either by Cipy or by partner applicators for supplies / contracts. Work with various stakeholders and manage all activities from quotes to order closure. • Coordinate with the Cipy project Execution team where projects are directly accepted as supply & Apply. • Periodically visit key accounts project sites to review progress and address concerns raised at site/s. • Periodically Engage with key stakeholders of identified key accounts with specific marketing objectives, capture insights and issues. • Keep a track of sales opportunities of each account and work towards moving them up.

3) Specifier Connect: • Map the projects of respective influencer accounts and through other sources / publications at early stage to build progressive project pipeline. • Make presentations to consultants and end customers on focus products / differentiated systems to create stronger awareness. • Drive engagement activities and initiatives with assigned influencer accounts.
