Job description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Automation Testing using Python on Network Devices, Cable Modems, WiFi Routers etc. using automation frameworks and network management protocols like SNMP/TR69.
• Scripting and Execution of regression test procedures and automated test suites.
• Test planning, test execution, and reporting for CPE Wi-Fi services validation.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders, Project Manager, Technical contract management teams and Vendors across the board to for connectivity CPE certification.
• CPE lab setup, lab management, for broadband CPEs, wireless gateways and extenders.
• Good testing skills to bring in efficiencies in the network, device quality.
• Identification and resolution of problems and defects; able to initiate investigation processes, identifies and reproduces bugs or defects and drives issues and improvements to resolution

3) KEY SKILLS-
• Test Automation using Python, Linux, Boardfarm
• Domain knowledge in Networking, Cable Modem testing, Plume, DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, VOIP, Telemetry, RDK-B
• Experience in Device Management and Network Management protocols like SNMP, TR69
• Working experience in testing/troubleshooting/lab setup/support in CPEs, Networking, wireless and voice services.
• Hands on experience in network test tools, traffic generators, performance, and stability testing,
• Proven network troubleshooting experience.
