Job description
Description of the job and key result areas:
Act as a SPOC for country field team and HO for aftersales related activities.
Assist / guide distributors in Service & Parts Operations.
Implement policies and procedures in dealership network.
Map Skill Matrix and identify TNI and conduct training sessions to ensure dealer technicians /service advisors are trained.
Implement warranty policy and monitor warranty cost per vehicle.
Ensure receipt of timely product feedback from dealers.
Ensure distributors get required support from HO in terms of literature, tools, diagnostics, catalogues, etc.
Achieve Oil revenue targets of existing markets and explore new markets.
Help distributors grow business through Service Marketing activities.
Monitor & control, CSI, TAT & DSS for respective countries to ensure dealer/ distributor / customer satisfaction.
Implement new initiatives in after sales / Service deliverables.
Digitization scope & delivery in After Sales operation.
Tender Support- Identifying & execution of after sales & initial startup activity like recommended part list, farmer kit, special tools kit, training aggregates - cut section, literatures, accessories.
New launch Support in after sales deliverables.
Assist / guide distributors in Service & Parts Operations

Improve FIRFT rate by ensuring dealer technicians are trained
Implement warranty policy and monitor warranty cost per vehicle
Ensure retro fitment activities are completed in time
Audit dealerships for processes and Warranty claims
Ensure timely product feedback from dealers
Ensure distributors get required support from HO in terms of literature, tools, diagnostics, catalogues, etc.
Help distributors grow business through Service Marketing activities.
Visit fleet operators along with Distributor to instill confidence in our products and services.
B.E (Auto/Mech)/ Diploma in Automobile Engg
