The role involves day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the store's insurance policies. The Client Advisor & Store Manager will also be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and the team.

• Customer Service experience

• Strong leadership and management skills
