Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new business opportunities through market research and analysis of customer needs. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with market research practices, data analysis methods, and best practices for sales and business development Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred: Master's degree in business administration or related field Experience in the education sector Experience in marketing or salesJob tags
