We are looking for a Human Resources specialist with the following requirements:

· Graduate/ Post graduate. · 5-7 years rich experience. · Resident of Noida or nearby areas. · Excellent English communication and writing skills. · Adaptable and fast learner. · Ability to foster healthy employee relationship.

Job Description: · Managing end to end employee life cycle from on boarding till exit formality. · Recruitment for the relevant profiles in the organization through Linked in, Other Job Portals, Social Media and Consultancies and follow up with them. · A strong communicator ( English fluency is mandatory ) with mentionable Interpersonal & problem-solving skills · Taking initial round i.e. Telephonic interview of the candidate and manage the end to end recruitment process. · Issuing offer letter, appointment letter at the time of Joining of new employee and Confirmation Letter after probation period. · Designing and updating Job Descriptions for the required Profile. · Introducing selected candidates with the company staff and Management. · Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company · Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results. · Execute the employee's annual review procedures. · Counsel employees as & when required. · Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. · Updating the daily attendance and prepare tracker of total no. of days working in a month, leave records etc. · Updating Interview tracker, employee's database for selected candidates and maintaining Master Database. · Associated Admin work. · Taking care of complete maintenance and upkeeping of the office premises. · Monitoring inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement of all required items. · Administration of office and Housekeeping personnel. · Facilitating meetings and arranging meals for clients or guests.
