Job description
Job Description: • Creating and managing digital and print designs for our marketing needs. • Managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas. • Proactively communicating with all stakeholders to discuss creative briefs and suggesting ideas to provide creative design solutions. • Articulating Ideas and suggestions to respective stakeholders. • Coming up with design solutions which are both functional and creative. • Executing and implementing design for successful marketing campaigns. • Ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content. • Ability to follow brand design guidelines with a keen eye for detail
Key Skills: • Designing and producing print and web assets such as website imagery, brochures, e-newsletter graphics, and social media posts • Maintaining the brands’ visual identities across all internal and external channels and documentation • Understanding and proactively addressing technical factors related to asset production for both digital and print • Digital Asset Management - storing and categorizing images and videos for ease of use • Supporting the creative needs of our brands across all departments • Campaign creation for digital and print ads • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Mandatory Software Skills: 1. Adobe Photoshop a. Colour correction and image editing. b. Should know tips and tricks of the software which can help in increasing productivity. 2. Adobe InDesign a. Creating and applying paragraph and character styles. b. Must have sound knowledge of typography (e.g. leading, kerning, tracking, baseline grid etc) c. Should know tips and tricks of the software which can help in increasing productivity. 3. Illustrator a. Creating high-end vector-based graphics (e.g. Logo, Infographic, icons, illustration) b. Should be well versed with tips and tricks of the software which can help in increasing productivity. 4. Microsoft PowerPoint a. Formatting and designing PPT templates and presentations. b. Editing and applying master slides. c. Formatting and designing tables, text and graphics. Addon Software skills: Having a basic knowledge of the below tools and language is a plus. 1. Figma 2.
