Qualification : Graduate From any Stream

Responsibilities :

*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

*Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

*Technical Support.

* Handling Team of TCAs CSA s &Sr. CSA s

* Driving Revenue contribution

*Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to team members

*Set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met

*Monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets

*Help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.

*Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
