Job description
Responsibilities: Improving acquisition, activation, retention, referral and overall business revenue by removing barriers to value Develop and execute weekly plans for retention efforts across all channels Analyze customer data to segment audiences effectively based on behavior, demographics, and preferences and implement strategies Design and implement automated customer journeys to optimize engagement and retention and utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and personalize customer interactions. Develop strategies to increase app downloads, user engagement, and retention rates and implement tactics to enhance app store visibility and user experience. Design and launch loyalty programs to foster customer loyalty Track performance marketing strategies for Meta and Google Ads and ROI continuously and suggest strategies for improvement Establish and manage an affiliate network to expand customer acquisition and retention efforts. Conduct customer surveys and feedback analysis to gain insights into preferences, pain points, and satisfaction levels and Develop strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs while maximizing customer lifetime value. Monitor and report on CAC and LTV metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. Implement tools and methodologies to track customer price sensitivity and purchasing behaviors. Establish standardized reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and accuracy in performance measurement.
Qualifications: Master's degree / MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 institution.5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Fashion industry. D2C experience is a plus! Very strong understanding of the digital space and data analytics Blend data-driven insights with strategic thinking to drive the company's growth and expansion Detail-oriented with strong leadership, organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
