As a Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative at SINGAVI COMPUTERS, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to effectively present our products and services to clients, showcasing the value and benefits they can bring to their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the marketing and product development to ensure that client needs are effectively communicated and met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively differentiate our products in the market.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or outside sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and promote products and services.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficent in MS Word and excel.
