Job description

Role: Team Lead- Flex TeamLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaGrades to apply: M1 & M2 (only people managers are eligible)Work Shift: Night ShiftEmployment: Full TimeNote: This role will be for Randstad Offshore Services {ROSPL Entity}Please use the below link to apply: a Flex Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly manage, coach and develop team members and provide day-to-day supervision. You will monitor and assist team members in a matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders.Responsibilities:1. Level 2 support - handling escalation2. Responsible for the achievement of team/unit productivity and quality goals3. Shadow the team members for short projects and ensure they are delivered with quality.4. Set up daily production goals/expectations/bay wise huddle (3-5 mins) and have your danglers ready for the day.5. Work load balancing.6. Weekly one on one (1-2 recruiters/day) with MOM documentation.7. Mid-Day review (3-5 min)/ understanding the challenges for the goal(how/what) (agenda is to help the team achieve their goals.)8. Follow up on submissions/tickets with the Onsite team.9. Follow up with each and every individual on the nature of their work, their productivity and deliverables.10. Act as a liaison between onsite team and the flex team for all activities, feedbacks and outcomes. 11. Train and mentor/coach team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals12. Celebrate the success of each and every individual.13. Send daily/weekly/monthly reports/dashboard to internal and onshore teams.Required Skills1. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.2. Attention to detail3. Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.4. Should have excellent written communication skills.5. 8-12 years of recruiting/US Staffing experience6. Should have at least 4-5 years of experience managing a team of 15 team members and excellent stakeholder management.7.
