Job Title: Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Wealth Management Private Equity
A trust-driven investment relationship firm, specializing in investment relationships with the entire gamut of services including Fund Raising, Corporate Restructuring via M&A, JV and financial Reengineering. A leading corporate services firm that focuses on Global Qualified Investors(FPI & FDIs) and domestic Institutional investors in providing investment opportunities in India, we offer a gateway for foreign institutional investors into the emerging Indian economy, our team identifies strategic opportunities over the horizon of 3 to 5 years. A single window service provider with experience, value, credibility & reliability matching the best in the industry the business model is Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE), which deals with fundraising through secondary markets for listed and unlisted companies in India. The sources of fundraising are FPI & FD our focus areas of countries are the USA, UK, Luxembourg, Singapore & Mauritius, and the Government Controlled Funds. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition Extravaganza : You will be the mastermind behind acquiring High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), both from single and multiple family offices. Think of it as a game of chess where you're strategizing to bring in the crème de la crème of investors.
Investment Wizardry : As a vital member of our investment team, you will be responsible for sourcing mandates from both listed and unlisted corporate entities. It's not just about thinking outside the box; it's about creating a new box altogether.
Qualifications:
Financial Virtuoso : You should have a background that sings "financial expertise." A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, private equity, or investment banking is required. Your financial knowledge should be second to none.
Relationship Magician : Building trust is your superpower. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and corporate partners is vital to this role.
Risk Taker with Caution : You should be able to navigate the financial world's twists and turns while keeping a steady hand on the wheel. Your understanding of risk management is paramount.
Analytical Innovator : You're not just data-driven; you're data-obsessed. The ability to analyze market trends, create strategic plans, and foresee opportunities where others can't is essential.
