We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive - B2B Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Responsibilities : - Â Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Â Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Â Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Â Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Â Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Â On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing
- Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
