Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects within our company. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in project management. The job location is in Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in development strategy, cost reduction, and project monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in vendor management and cost savings strategies
- Track record of achieving project goals and delivering successful outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, PMP certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the company
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Allocate resources and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation
- Establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to identify areas for improvement
