Job description

This is a remote position.

• Must Have
  
• A person should have 6-10 years of experience as BA-PO and be able to define requirements clearly and create EPIC, Stories, and roadmap for delivery
  
• Backlog management in Azure ADO
  

The position requires skills and experience in managing product enhancement, support, and maintenance by stabilizing the product and driving innovation for next-generation platform

• experience in requirement gathering and product understanding of on-prem data/VM/Application migration to Azure Cloud.

• Being responsible for the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management
  
• Business & product roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements
  
• Has leadership, strategic, problem-solving & design thinking skills to deliver products & features catering to the user's needs always keeping the users' problems in mind
  
• Preparing launch plans, figuring out release goals, and prioritizing features
  
• Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your client/team.
  
• Identify customer's behaviors and needs through research and analysis and drive using data.
  
• Have experience in localization to drive linguistic, stylistic, and terminology management issues to resolution
  
• Developing and using KPIs/metrics to monitor and measure business to constantly improve it
  
• Process-oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling.
  
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards and solutions
  
• User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of HE Domain & ERP.
