In Three Months:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the digital media landscape and platforms.
- Successfully create and interpret reports, showcasing improved KPIs, and initiate discussions with vendors for collaboration.
In Six Months:
- Exhibit proficiency in creating detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Implement initial stages of process automation, contributing to enhanced campaign efficiency.
In Twelve Months:
- Showcase a track record of successful campaign optimizations and positive client feedback.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:
1. Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
- Evaluate digital media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, The Trade Desk, DCM, and DoubleVerify.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
2. Data Insights and Reporting:
- Proficiently use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create comprehensive reports and insights.
- Extract meaningful information from data to provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors to gather relevant data and insights for holistic campaign analysis.
3. Vendor Collaboration:

What you'll bring:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in digital media analysis or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree is required; MBA is preferred.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, DV360, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, The Trade Desk, DCM, and DoubleVerify.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive valuable insights for clients.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Report Creation and Interpretation: Extensive experience in creating and understanding detailed and insightful reports.
- Vendor Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with external vendors to optimize campaign performance.
